Get Moving!

Today's post: "Get Moving!" is the best overall body workout there is! Before we get started let me just quickly get a few disclaimers out of the way: If you have not worked out in some time or just generally feel out of shape then this is not the workout for you due to an increased risk of injury. Featured Exercise: Farmers Walk

Now that I am regaining some of my strength I am becoming bored with just the basic workouts. You too will encounter this same problem soon if you have not already. This is why this post is introducing something new to our blog; the "featured exercise." Featured Exercise: Farmers Walk This is by far the most basic of exercises. It is so basic that it almost seems silly to have to list it. However since very few people today use the old school free weight exercises and instead use machines this one just had to be discussed. So here it is; the Farmers Walk. To perform this exercise simply grab anything that is not too heavy since you could possibly be working out non stop for quite sometime when doing this.
