Exercise: Do you like having to exercise? Let's face it as we get older we need to exercise in order to be healthy, but how many of us actually like doing this? Most people do not, yet others do, why is this? Ever wondered why some people don't mind exercise and some even enjoy it? Today we will discuss why this may be and how you to can get into that same mindset they have and get to exercising. For those that do exercise they fall into three categories: 1) Gym Rats 2) Group exercise 3) Work out at home.
