Types of Exercise: This is a broad overview of exercise and is by no means complete. The purpose of this article is merely to get you thinking about being fit. Once you have made that conscious decision to take care of yourself it will open up the doors to the joy of experimentation in workouts to find what you do like to do. Cardio: I know, no one says they like cardio (at least not in the beginning anyways), but hear me out on this one. Cardio is crucial to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Think of cardio as a natural coffee. Like coffee it gets us going. What I mean by that is it wakes us up by getting the blood flowing thru your body and allows us to start thinking; thinking about what we need to accomplish, want to accomplish and the ability to plan out the steps necessary to get it done.
